Care high speed vertical glass washing machine is the key facility of automatic insulating glass production line. The washer have functions of glass cleaning, glass drying and testing etc.
The whole cleaning section are made of stainless steel, built-in 3 pairs of brushes, 6 pairs of rubber roller design, a motor independently drives a brush, and all use frequency conversion, flexible and free to adjust the brush speed, cleaning coating film, better performance in LOW-E insulating glass.
The upper part of the cleaning box is connected by a bevel gear, which has stable performance and long service life.
All air knifes are made of 304 stainless steel, which change and adjust according to the size of the glass.
The gear driven bellows runs more stable and faster cleaning speed during processing small glass.
