2.Some machining elements (such as injection holes, pin holes, screw holes, fixing holes, scribing, etc.) can be drilled and milled first, followed by ±45° angle cutting of the profile. Profiles without further processing are output from the unloading table.

3.Equipped with a scribing device, it can scribing on both sides for more accurate corner code positioning. A single loading can complete the machining processes for aluminum profile components in window and door production.

4.This cutting center can seamlessly interface with multiple window and door design software programs, meeting the needs of different window and door manufacturers.

1. Feeding Section: Circulating feeding.

2. Drilling and Milling Section: Completes machining elements on the front and back of the profile (glue injection holes, pin holes, screw holes, fixing holes, scribing, etc.).

3. ±45° and 90° Cutting Section: Completes cutting and trimming of the profile.

4. Four-Axis Milling Section: Machining fan handle holes, lock box holes, frame drainage holes, etc.

5. Unloading Table: Conveys out the finished profile.

6. Each profile is affixed with an adhesive label.
