Machine Performance Introduction

1. This machine uses imported single-axis drive mode, driven by 850-watt servo motor! 2. This machine uses  Japan SMC brand electromagnetic proportional valve imported from , computer control system (Beijing Baolun system) (Shanghai Weihong system), glass cutting optimization system Zibo Chuangying optimization system, which can optimize normal glass size and special-shaped size. 2. The gear rack adopts Taiwan Fengmao brand (cheap equipment uses domestic ordinary rack). 3. The linear guide is Taiwan Dinghan brand (cheap equipment uses domestic ordinary cylindrical guide). 4. The positioning optical fiber adopts Japan Panasonic brand imported  (cheap equipment uses domestic photoelectric switch). 5. The table is a full-frame full-coverage type that bears weight.
6.The machine export adopts split assembly and iron frame fixation, all equipped with Yaskawa servo motors and Optima glass optimization software!

Packing & Delivery
1.For big machine and full container load, usually wrapped in stretch film.
2.For open top container load, put on top grade plastic overcoat and tarpaulin to protect the equipment from moisture and water.
3.For less than container load, iron frame fixed and standard export wooden case for optional.
